Dave and Alli currently share the driving of their Formula 3 Dallara. Sprint racing is unique in that as racing is ‘against the clock’, two competitors can both drive the same car against each other in competition. Previously they have owned and raced a Van Diemen Formula Ford, a Formula Vauxhall Lotus and a Caterham Super 7. They have also had invited drives at the Brighton Speed Trials in a Jade Trackstar, Paul Marston’s ‘Grumpy’s Dodge’ and SBD’s supercharged Hyabusa OMS. Both Alli and Dave seem to post similar lap times in whatever they drive and are always competitive with the rest of the field. Dave has won the All Circuit Championship and Alli has been the British Women Racing Drivers’ Club speed champion.
